Had a fantastic stay at the Wallace Hotel. We arrived as strangers and left as friends! Debbie and Charlie went out of their way to accommodate my family as bicycle across the US. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and spacious with all the trimmings we needed - food kitchen, multiple bedrooms and a great bathroom. Having her laundromat connected to the hotel is very convenient and most affordable. Debbie and Charles made various recommendations and took a great interest in our trip. They are godly, trusting, caring, kind and thoughtful people. Wallace is a charming town with so much to offer - we cannot recommend this lovely place and its fantastic proprietors highly enough! Thank you so much Debbie and Charles!
Amazing customer service! Went above and beyond to assist my son and his wife with a place to stay during a snow storm that had closed the interstate. Will definitely stay here if ever in the area! Thank you for your kindness it did not go unnoticed!
Stayed here for a month. It was like staying with family Debbie and Charlie go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable it is clean, quiet and so much history, If you are traveling through make sure you stop and stay at the Wallace Hotel!
They opened their doors to us during a serious snowstorm and helped us be able to sleep in a bed for the night while we waited for the storm to clear up. Also made a delicious breakfast in the morning
Charlie and Debbie went above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality when my wife and I stayed at their hotel during a recent snowstorm. They are the embodiment of Nebraska nice and I cannot recommend a stay with them enough. Thank you both!
